What payment methods we accept?

We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. Stripe securely collects all customers’ payment information and creates charges server-side. Stripe supports several currencies in addition to credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and more. PayPal is also a safe and easy payment method, which does not reveal any bank account, credit or debit card information at any moment of the purchasing process.
 

Do you need to create an account to place my order?

You surely do not need to create an account in HEALTHY AND BASIC. LLC to enjoy the pleasures of a complete experience. You are welcome to just place your order as a guest, we will be happy to assist you during your visit.
 

Do you deliver to my country?

We try to get our products to all of you healthier out there, but for now we cannot reach every corner of the planet. We only ship to EU countries and USA.
 
How much is the shipping cost to my country and how soon will I receive my order?
It is hard to calculate the final shipping cost as it depends of the quantity of products that you choose. However, we have a rate to help you and you may find a complete list of the countries where we deliver, including types of service and estimated times of arrival, here. If your area does not appear, please write us at cs@healthyandbasic.com and we will glad to help you.
 

Will I need to pay for custom duties when receiving my order?

All prices are stated inclusive of all applicable taxes for deliveries within United States and the European Union; and exclusive of all applicable taxes for deliveries in the rest of the world.
When imposed by country of delivery, all customs duties, fees, and other import tariffs shall be borne by the customer. We invite you to contact custom authorities in your country or area for cost details.
 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, HEALTHY AND BASIC. LLC cannot accept cancelations once orders have been processed, because the order is already on its way. We encourage you to receive your order, and if you still feel undecided, you can always contact us at CS@healthyandbasic.com. Please note return and original shipping costs will be at customer’s expense.
 
I placed an order and I would like to change my shipping address.
We want to offer you the best service possible, but some things escape from our hands. Once your order shows up as ‘Processed’, unfortunately no changes are admitted. Order must follow its regular route and you will contact us at CS@healthyandbasic.com.
Please note return and original shipping costs will be at customer’s expense.
 

How do I return my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase in any way, no problem! You may return your order for free within 14 days of receipt.
You will have to request the authorization for the return contacting us at CS@healthyandbasic.com. Once approved, you will receive an email with steps to follow for the return. Upon arrival, return will undergo a quality control. If everything complies, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs.
Please remember all the products have to be unused to be able to return.
 

I received damaged good. What do I do?

In the unlikely event that you received is found to be defective or damaged, we do apologize!
Of course, you may request a replacement of the item to us within 48 hours of receipt. You will contact us at CS@healthyandbasic.com. Requests made through ways other than the official fill-out form or without an authorization, may be refused. Once approved, you will receive an email with all steps to follow.
Photographic proof of the damage will be mandatory.
